How to cancel a shipment on EIZ Fulfillment

To cancel a shipment:

Please note: Before a shipment has been manifested, you can delete the shipping label on EIZ. Select Shipments and Dispatched from the left panel menu.

To delete a label, select the Shipment ID associated with the shipment, and then from the Info column, select the red trash icon to Delete Label

If the shipment has already been manifested, please contact as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel the shipment for you manually.
